"This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. "My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by coziness of our room. From the peaceful sights/sounds of the river water right off of our balcony to the functioning appliances including a gas grill. We were very satisfied and quite relaxed after our stay. Definitely more bang for our bucks."

"This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park."

"The gal in the office was amazing - so kind, friendly, and helpful! We loved our room. The kitchenette was perfectly what we needed, and the shower was great. The lock didn't work in the bathroom door. Otherwise, everything was good. Not much breakfast, but we bought eggs at a nearby Safeway and were able to cook our own breakfast in our room. Great view and away from the busyness downtown! We loved it and would definitely stay again."

"the property was great. the check in process (for me anyway) was poor. There was no one on property. I was supposed to get an email at noon on the day of check in and I didn't. I had to call and get them to send me an email while on the mountain top. Then I had to reenter all of my info to get the access code . It was a painful process with mountain wifi access. after that process, it went smoothly."

"Stayed for 2 nights with two kids. Indoor pool was great. Hot tub was relaxing. Could’ve used one more waffle maker in the mornings, as there was a line for that. Room was nice, though it didn’t appear to be vacuumed that well. Overall, would definitely stay there again."
