"Enjoyed the river location"

"We came for the first time and stayed two nights for spring break. It was not very busy at all and unfortunately one of the coldest days we had in awhile, but all the indoor activities made up for it. We stayed in a lodge and it was pretty outdated but we were really only in it to sleep, it was a very affordable trip especially with so many activities included. Food was great too, our kids loved the buffet/cafeteria style. We will definitely be back"

"This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park."

"This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. Definitely not worth the price for only 2 nights and you are at least 15mins from Estes Park, very nice drive but it’s very inconvenient if you are staying busy through out the...

This property is just a few miles from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, so the perfect spot to stay if you're hoping to enter the park before timed entry starts at 9:00 am. Or, if you want to head into the park after timed entry ends to see the sunset on top of the mountains (highly recommended!).
