"A great, well maintained property that was well worth the money. The kids LOVED the heated pool, but there was quite a few bugs in the water like maybe the skimmers weren't working. The kids also LOVED the $1 ice cream they could get any time of day during open hours! The on-site restaurant was below average and expensive. You are paying for convenience, but we had more fun and much better food while exploring downtown Cheyenne!"

"Check in was an ordeal. Terribly understaffed, assigned to the incorrect room which was still not cleaned. When I finally got the correct room the floor and countertops were dirty. Breakfast was adequate but somewhat sparse. Checkout was fine. Dining in house: the food was pretty good, but again, under staffed."

"We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful property & rooms & excellent service! Sad that the pool was down our entire 4 night stay - breakfast was amazing & everyone was so nice & very helpful!! Would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying there while visiting Cheyenne in the future!!! Overall 5 star!!"
