"The beds were so soft that I fell inches in the middle of the bed, the breakfast is mediocre at best with too many carbs and inadequate protein and the front desk refused to give me receipt when I checked out. I feel the statement of running out of paper as the reason for their inability to print a receipt was not truthful. The first stay was good a couple of weeks ago but I will not stay there again"

"So not sure what happened but came down to us getting to the hotel at 1 am and very tired after a 14 hour drive only to get there to hear the Expedia had overbooked and the guy at the front desk did not know how to cancel the reservation before we got there. Actually the front desk clerk said they had no clean rooms. Sis not do anything to assist us in fi di a new hotel or suggestions. Very I professional."

"Expedia website says this place is dog friendly. I arrived at 11pm and found out from front desk that the parent hotel is pet friendly however the Holiday inn was not. Luckily the staff was able to make this work, however there was a second there after 10 hours of driving that it seemed like my non-refundable hotel room suddenly became useless because Expedia and the hotel information differ."

"I booked this hotel because I needed a place to stay while I waited for housing in the area for myself, my wife, and 2 cats. The Expedia page said that pets were welcome, but when I got to he hotel, there was a sign on the door stating that cats weren't allowed. I requested a refund for improper advertising, but was denied, so now I'm out $400 that could have gone to my housing needs."
