"Very modern look and feel. No elevator, stairs to all rooms. 10 digit codes to unlock the room was a bit much, but we adapted. Our downstairs room had no outside views. Used the window a/c unit to being in some fresh air. Overall a nice facility located right on Main Street with a 10 minutes walk to miost everything in downtown Aspen."

"The staff was off the charts friendly and accommodating, always wanting to know how your day was and serving with joy. My wife Cathy had the best meal she had EVER had, Lamb and the octopus. It made me feel really good I chose “The Jerome” to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and make her feel special. Thank you Bob"
