2/10 Terrible

"Front office staff was very friendly and efficient. We did not partake of the free breakfast as we were headed to a get-together that morning. The one complaint I have is: we misplaced a pair of glasses and when I called the next day I was told a check with housekeeping would be made and I would receive a phone call indicating whether they had been found or not found. I still have not received that phone call."

"Very central location I 25 north and south right there. Can also go west on Fillmore as a short cut to Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs Very clean and Staff offered assistance rather than me .asking. Breakfast included cold and hot foods. Included waffles., Had nice accessibility room for wheelchair to move easily I hop pizza subway walking distance Cons; no balconies (but not advertised)"

"The property is in an ideal location with a beautiful view. I stayed here 12 years ago and knew the location was great. The view from the room was wonderful. Staff was accommodating and the grounds were well kept. The rooms could use some updating/remodeling. That’s my only constructive feedback. Otherwise the location is great and we enjoyed the amenities."
