"Hotel was under construction so no amenities were available. No notice was provided in their welcome email that there were no amenities. No restaurant, you were expected to pay full price meals and eat in the hotel lobby cafe bar. One elevator not working. Ice machine on the floor not working. Fridge not working and the path from the garage to the hotel was closed off. I have always had good experiences with this hotel but this year was terrible."

"We have been going up to Lake Arrowhead for over 10 years, we always stay at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa . . . it is showing its age and is not being attended to. Being in construction we notice the neglect, peeling paint, broken concrete, broken and torn screens, non-working amenities. Cheap fixes to cover an issue. It's sad, as this was always a special trip for us and we pay a lot of money to stay there. Next year we will have to look at other locations."

"Clean room and nice property but when I arrived the water was out (no water for shower toilet sink) for at least 30 minutes and TV service was out. At the front desk check in they told me about the TV but forgot to tell me about the water so when I got to my room I got undress to take a shower and found out the hard way there was no water! I called downstairs and found out then about the plumbing issue. 😢"
