"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They moved me to a different room after I let them know the TV in my room wasn’t working. The only problem I had was that there was a party in the lobby/bar area one night and the security guard stopped me as I was getting off the elevator to go to the lobby where the snack bar is. "The breakfast are was chaos: plates and food were missing. Individual guests took a LOT of food, which meant those behind them were left with little. The check-out was complicated because the person in charge was not able to figure out why payment had not been processed correctly. He sent me to his colleague for a problem he solved with my help, after I waited for his colleague to show up. I hope I am not charged twice for this reservation!"
