"The hotel was under construction. I was also told that they had a bar which the bar was completely closed and under construction. My hotel room was under construction. They were really old of an old furniture . The doors were very nasty. I had to clean my room myself I also had to continue going downstairs for an assistant for towels and wash rags."

"Room: The room was clean, but the carpet could use better maintenance. There was also an unpleasant smell in the lobby.
Staff: The staff was very helpful, courteous, and accommodating.

"Overall, it's a great resort. The room was clean and comfortable. It could use a few upgrades. The hotel service was great. The Tiki bar and Beach Shak were great. It was a plus having multiple pools and the lazing river, along with the water slides. The resort could definitely benefit from more staff at the pools, especially at night. Perfect access to the beach, just steps away. We had two days of rain over a five day stay, so the added staff I mentioned could have helped to remove some of...
