"The breakfast was decent, but I chose this hotel because it presents itself as family-friendly and it lacked some basic things.**There were no high chairs for babies in the breakfast area, even though many families were staying there and all the babies had to sit on their parents’ laps.

"The worst hotel experience ever!! I paid ~$750/night for a room which normally lists for $90/night, marked up for a congress in town. Very unfriendly staff. Room was 1-star level. Brown stains all over the inside of the bathroom door. Gross. I’ve seen bigger soaps in prisons! Staff never left the right number of towels or shampoo.
