"The hotel rooms are spacious, airy and well air conditioned. Everything was clean and tidy. Service was friendly though the bar and eating area were soulless and usually deserted, so I didn’t hang around them. Breakfast was included… with a little effort it could have been good, but it was at best only serviceable… limited and a rather dull. All in all, though, this was a handy and good value location. "

"The physical building is lovely, with a very nice lobby which encourages people to sit and enjoy the ambiance. Loved sitting by the fireplace. The front desk staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. The restaurant served a wonderful breakfast. The staff were so nice. They accommodated us even though we arrived right at closing . The rooms are also very nice. Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. All the amenities you would want. Ability to easily and quickly adjust the room...

"I’ve stayed here a few times. I like the free parking. Listen, it’s downtown Salt Lake, so sketchy is gonna sketch. The hotel itself is safe and clean. This hotel doesn’t seem to have the long term residents that some other SLC hotels have. With those long term guests you can have other unpleasant issues. I recommend this place especially if you are a female solo traveler. Safe, quiet, clean. My only complaint is they should have a freight elevator. I felt bad for the housekeeping crew having...

"The property is very nice and well maintained. We were there for a few days in July 2025. They are building a gondola across the street so there is some construction noise. If you keep your windows closed you do not hear it . The bed was very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect temperature. The restaurants in the area are all good . We enjoyed The Edge and the ramen restaurant was excellent. All right next door . The gondola is right next door open in summer . The area hosts summer...
