"Great looking hotel for a 3-star hotel. My stay overall was ok. I have 3 comments to make: 1. My room was serviced only once during my 3-night stay. 2. Not sure about the other floors but the 7th floor hallway had a peculiar smell and it was humid & musty. My room was ok, but I despised the trek all the way down to the other end of the hall to get to my room everyday. 3. Parking is kinda rough. I was lucky enough to find parking at the hotel everyday and not park at the garage across the street....

"3/5 — Clean room, but front desk service was a real letdown
The room itself was clean and comfortable, no complaints there. Breakfast, unfortunately, didn't meet expectations — nothing memorable about the spread.
What really brought the experience down was the front desk. I called to ask for extra towels, and the staff member on the phone was short with me, saying he was busy and alone, and that I might need to come get them myself before hanging up. The next morning I ran into the same person...
