"We absolutely loved this property for my family of 3. We stayed in a suite and my son has his own room and we had a kitchenette. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We never waited more than a few minutes for shuttles coming and going to the parks. I read these reviews before booking and they were all correct. We will be staying here again once Epic opens. "

"We arrived Friday evening from alone trip coming down from North Carolina Friday night. We did not hear any noises maybe because we were very tired now Saturday night was a different story. I was on the fourth floor facing . Ponciana Boulevard. All you hear motorcycles trucks Cars it felt like you were on the street couldn’t get anding sleep. I recommend whoever stayed there to get a room. Towards the back … building The facility was very clean"
