"The coffee served at breakfast tasted good. It was Davao coffee excelsa. Near to the San Pedro Cathedral walking distance. Staff was courteous and always ready to help.
The downside is the room that I got doesn't have a functional TV. The shower head needs replacement. Aircon remote needs to be replaced.
Overall stay was good for the price. Anyways, was always out."

"Great location. Very central. The room is clean the only issue is mosquitoes so bring some repellent like Lavender Room Spray or a Zapper.
Love the cacao hot chocolate every morning. Since I have some dietary restrictions I could only enjoy the eggs and a few served breakfast but I am fine with it as it was expected. The ladies are very welcoming and the staff are helpful.
I am looking forward to my next stay at this place. Thank you 🙏"

"I specifically asked for a room that has not hot water issues and has a/c. I traveled all day and wanted a hot shower. They didn’t check, Hot water didn’t work. Was last so next day I asked a room it works in…when I transferred, it also did not work.
If you want hot water, avoid here. Everything else was good."
