"We had an issue with the tub drain the first night but after contacting customer service the second time we were given an upgraded room. The hotel is located in an area very close to Resturant, banking and shopping facilities which was a plus for us."

"The room was basic and nice, great sunset view. The freeway noise is endless; it’s unfortunate the builders cheaper out and didn’t use double pain glass. The evening was chilly and the heater worked wonderfully. The primary disappointments were due to my missing the pool closed flag. I saw the flag for family friendly but missed a second one that the pool was closed, one of the reasons I selected the hotel. There was a sign on the door the pool was closed for cleaning however it was already...

"This was our first stay here and we had a great time. It was clean and quiet. The pool was clean and relaxing . The restaurant on the many floor service was Great! The pizza was delicious. And the front desk service was very nice and helpful.Downtown Disney is walking distance. Overall we had a great stay. :)"

"The staff will hold onto your luggage regardless if you aren't checked in or checked out for the day, that was very helpful. It was roughly a 5-minute walk to Disneyland which was awesome. :)"

"I feel like this hotel was advertised as something more updated, but in the building we stayed at it was definitely not. Nothing wrong with the hotel at all and you can’t beat the walking distance to Disneyland, it just wasn’t as updated as it seemed online / through social media. "

"I absolutely loved all the staff! They were very friendly and very accommodating. I also noticed how hard the staff worked to keep the hotel clean. The rooms were very nice and tidy, and room service/breakfast ordering was amazing. "

"I traveled with my husband and 4 kids, price is reasonable for what you get. The rooms are average sized, it’s an old hotel and being remodeled. Everything was clean in our rooms except the floors. My kids’ socks were BLACK from how dirty they were. It was a good experience overall, again I didn’t expect much from how low the price was so I’m satisfied with what I got. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. There wasn’t a hair dryer which wasn’t a big deal and I was able to get one from the front desk. I called down and they said they would bring it up. I waited for 30-45 minutes and called back down to the front desk apparently someone was supposed to bring it but hadn’t so I ended up going to get it myself. Again not a big deal but communication would have been nice. Other than that everything was great!"
