"Enjoyed our stay at Gopuram Grand, Madurai. The hotel was clean, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Meenakshi Amman Temple.
The TV channels worked fine, but we were unable to connect to the hotel’s Wi-Fi on either the Smart TV or our iPhone during our stay. A minor issue that could be improved. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would recommend it to visitors to Madurai."

"This property feels like a hidden gem. It may not be as heavily marketed as some of the bigger names, but it truly deserves a 5-star rating. The service, cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience exceeded expectations. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and every detail was well taken care of. If you’re looking for quality over hype, this place is definitely worth considering. Highly recommended!"

"The food in the restaurant there was quite good. The key staff was quite reliable. Their Fish Fry was top notch and fresh and they assured me of that and lived upto the claim.
The room was also quite spacious. There was a problem with the TV , but they soon came and replaced it in 5 mins.
The only drawback I saw was that there were tiny cockroaches in the room which I knew they will not be able to address. Since it was only a 1 night stay we decided to ignore it. Had it not been for this...
