Lovely comfortable hotel close to the Jaffa gate and the old city about a 12 minute walk.
The hotel staff are friendly and efficient nothing is too much trouble. Pleasant rooms and a very good breakfast.
The icing on the cake was the wine and snacks in the bar after a day enjoying the sights.
A lovely place to stay

We were happy that we are staying in Jacobs suites. The place is very well connected to the tram (7min walk) and the bus stop (3min walk).
Tha flat offers you everything you need specially if you are staying during the Shabbat. You can walk from the place to the old city that takes you 18min walk. The flat has hob, cutlery, cups, and plates.
I was surprised they gave us the towels during our staying without extra cost. The bathroom has shampoo and soap if you are coming to Jerusalem for few...

Everything was excellent: nice, big and modern room with balcony, walkable distance from most of the city center and restaurants, and very nice owners who make you feel like at home.

The stay was fantastic - excellent service from the staff at the hotel, a really good modern room and also a wonderful view from the 13th floor of the building

Nice breakfast!
Room not very big but comfortable! Very quiet at the night!
2minutes walk to the Main road with tram and a big choice of shops/restaurants.
10minutes walk to Old City.
Staff friendly and helpful!
Internet free with good signal
If we will back, certainly we will stay here!
The only negative point was the room carpet! They didn't hoover every day, but wasn't a big deal!

Manager Jeremy was very helpful, had a problem with noise coming from one of the floors, he dealt with it . Breakfast good, property excellent location, clean, few minutes walk to shopping at mamilla. Superior room was big enough with balcony but downside was two separate beds not one double, but I knew about that before I booked and that was all that was available. . Other than that nothing to complain about and would stay there again. Great little find if you dont want a pool etc.

Across the road from the old city in Jerusalem... this is quite a gem. Rooms are clean and well kept. Service was very friendly with the exception of one staff in the restaurant at the top who felt the need to be a bit rude but maybe he was having a bad day. Meals were very good with good variety. Amazing views on the rooftop of the hotel.I always stay here when it is not booked out and I am never disappointed. I took a group last week and all were equally pleased with their visit.

Really cute little boutique hotel in an amazing location, so close to Al- Aqsa. Really clean hotel with welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend the hotel and look forward to staying there again.

This hotel is authentic Palestinian close to all amenities with a fabulous garden restaurant (best to book since it is very popular). It is 5 mins from the Damascus Gate, 2 mins from the Garden Tomb and next to two local bus stations. Get bus 275 to Mount of Olives and walk down into the Old City.
The hotel rooms have high ceilings, ceiling fan as well as A/C. The hotel is full of Palestinian art and furniture etc. Despite being next to the Old City it is in a quite area.
