Remarkable friendly staff, Good dining room, Excellent location. The Basic Room (vs. to the Deluxe Room last time), needs more attention to cleaning and maintenance details in the bathroom (sink and bathtub) and in the room (carpet, walls, furniture, mattress), or even consider a small renovation. Same comments need to be applied to some public areas (lobi, coridors and the elevators).

Best Value Hotel with 5-Star Guest Service

Best value for your money at a 5-star guest service experience plus the only hotel in Center City Jerusalem that offers paid car rental parking (no other hotel does). 10 minutes walk to the Old City, Mamilla Mall and Mahane Yehuda Market. Welcoming friendly professional staff from Frontdesk, reservations to housekeeping. I highly recommend for your stay in Jerusalem - a home away from home.

The hotel is very good. It’s located in the heart of Jerusalem. Lots eating places around and it’s about 15 minutes walking from all major attractions. Great choice

Amazing location and staff - renovated room

We had a lovely time at the Prima Vera. The room was newly decorated and very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect as we went to explore the Old City of Jerusalem. We o ly wish we could have extended our stay for another night.

Centrally Located Hotel in Jerusalem

Location, location, location. It’s the best hotel in Jerusalem and my home away from home. Close to public transportation, rental cars, 5 minute walk to Mamilla Mall and 11 minutes walk to Old City and important sights. Walk to Ben Yehuda market shops, cafes and restaurants. It’s clean, comfortable, quiet, free WiFi, TV, fridge, A/C, tea and hot water kettle, optional breakfast and paid car-parking. The staff were helpful, friendly, accommodating and 24-Hour Checkin counter. I highly recommend this hotel your next visit to the Holy Land.

Home Away from Home in Jerusalem

Location, location, location. Prima Vera is centrally located to restaurants, cafe, shops and 10 minutes walk from the Old City Jerusalem and Mamilla Mall. Most hotels in central Jerusalem don’t offer car parking but Prima Vera does which is convenient. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient at opening car parking gate. The housekeeping staff always anticipate your accommodation needs offering fresh new towels and amenities. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with A/C, free WiFi and smart TV as well as complimentary red wine, coffee, tea and water. I love that there’s a refrigerator and safe in each room. The hotel also offer breakfast and dinner meals for a surcharge. Overall, the price value nightly rate is the best value for all that they offer. I highly recommend staying at Prima Vera when in Jerusalem Israel.

The rooms aren’t completely clean and the walls are very thin. I don’t believe they changed our sheets for a full week. The mattress covers didn’t fit well so slid off and there were stains on the mattress.
