"Not all amenities that were listed were in the room the site also does not inform you of kitchenette rooms being on a third floor or a first floor that would be very helpful to know in both rooms that I had stayed in they did not provide pillows or blankets for the fold-out couch and it would be very convenient if you offered some type of continental breakfast considering you're treating this hotel as a resort with your now needed wristbands to enter the pool"

In the four nights we stayed, our room was never vacuumed once. I even left a dirty tissue in the middle of the room to see of it would be picked up and it was not.
