"Firstly the front desk staff was awesome, they were very helpful, when guests were being rude the staff maintained professionalism and handled things tactfully. The hotel however was not worth it, the elevators were not working so everyone had to wait to cram into one elevator. Getting up and down was a nightmare. The room had no working air conditioning, it was very hot, we attempted to open the balcony door to get some air but it was bolted shut. The valet was terrible, they did not know how...

"Rooms are more of a motel than hotel. Carpet throughout was worned bad and inside room spelled of soiled carpet from animals. Bathroom sink stopped up, breakfast had no identifying labels to know what you’re eating, staff was just there. Parking area very limited lighting that I stayed in my car for hours one day until a much closer spot came available near front of hotel. This place gave the feel of motel where everything goes."

"The room was clean although the alarm clock did not power on. Non functioning appliances should not be taking up space. Breakfast was decent. Staff was good and AC worked great. It was an unpleasant shock to be directed to a 3rd party parking operator for my car. I aborted the process when the parking registration was demanding credit card information. I chose to park off premises. Huge negative!"

"My room was not cleaned properly but my linens were fresh. The mirror was spotty and there were grains of dirt and maybe crumbs on the floors and everything was so dusty, especially the clock by the bed and on top of the fridge. The computer chair was old and had a big hole in it. But if the room had been cleaned properly I would have fully enjoyed my stay. "
