"I booked this hotel because of the elevator. On arrival I found out the elevator was not working. I was offered a refund. That doesn't really help at 7 pm in a strange city.
We had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. No rooms were available on the first floor. My husband has back problems and I have knee problems. This ruined the stay for us."

"Had to ring bell several times and called front desk several times before a man strolled his way up the hall to assist me and a line of people behind me.
Man seemed disconnected with reality and if someone if going through something that bad they need not be at work or either he hates his job and needs to find his happiness elsewhere."
