"I loved my stay at the Congress Plaza Hotel! Check in was easy, especially since I got to check in at 12 noon, instead of 3PM. My room was very spacious and my king size bed was made up nicely and it was very comfortable too! There were plenty of towels in the pretty bathroom. The flatscreen TV was nice to watch. My room was very chilly at night because the HVAC registers are now set for warmer outdoor climates, but the lady at the front desk gave me a warm thick blanket to use. There are lots...

"The check in was amazing since my flight was delayed. They worked with me to have my key card ready since I was getting in late and fast check in. Rooms clean love that the parking garage was next door not free but more reasonable than the actual garage price. Breakfast was hot and many different alternatives hot cereal and cold cereal hot waffles, sausage turkey and pork, drinks."

"I liked the environment inside the Hotel, the service was easy. The room was complete with everything (shampoo, etc). However, if you want additional self-care, you can ask and they can help you. The bar in the lobby is great, if you don't want to go far from your hotel, the bar is the best option where you can spend time with your friends. I really loved the place and in my next visit I would like to stay again there. "

"Pro's location location location Cons hotel is dated and showing its age but you get what you pay for plus we were never in our Room other than to sleep If the price stays reasonable it's worth the stay "

"The staff was so polite and very friendly and beyond helpful for whatever was needed. Besides the light keeps blinking above the sink when it’s on. Also I’m just going to say hopefully they can improve in a better plumbing system but besides them things everything else was fine. I would definitely come back! "

"The deco is very homewarming. There were not plastic bottled water, which is excellent. We had glass jars in the room for getting either regular water or sparkling. It was a bummer that the pool wasn't open until after we leave. Bathroom was clean and shower was good. The shampoo or conditioner made my hair very dry. Overall a very great 5 day here at Voco."

"Everything was great until the morning. The gal who checked me in was fantastic, helpful, and friendly. She scheduled an airport pickup for 6:30, told me to be in the lobby 5 minutes early. She said breakfast started at 6, but if I was running late I could request a complimentary breakfast bag. The next morning, I came down at 6:20, asked for the breakfast bag, and the gal told me to get breakfast, that she would make sure the shuttle didn’t leave without me. Well, i came in the lobby at 6:28...
