"This was to be a suite, a bedroom and separate living area. The furniture in the living area had been removed replaced with a bed. There was no comfortable chair or sofa. There was only a desk chair in the entry bedroom. Generally even single room hotels offer a comfortable chair. I would not recommend this facility because of the two bed room configuration"

"The staff and rooftop bar were great, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The property felt outdated and in need of significant updates. The biggest issue was finding bugs in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness. While the service and location was great, the condition of the hotel did not meet expectations and would make me hesitant to stay here again."

"When we got to our room, we found we had no hair dryer or hand towels. Upon trying to call the front desk about this, we discovered our phone was broken. We reported it, but it was not fixed during our 3 day stay. There was nothing in the room about the area, local restaurants or other helpful information. There was no tv guide, printed or on the tv. The only thing good about this hotel is its location. The staff, even the concierge could not answer our questions."
