"Clean room. Woukd have been nice to be booked in the newer section since I stayed several days. Woukd appreciate a more affordable breakfast option. "

"Staying here was so much fun! Beautiful clean rooms with comfortable beds and Aveda products in the bathroom. Restaurant service was amazing -the staff were friendly and the food was fresh and yummy. Loved walking around to see the caribou, aurora discovery center, and more. Marshmallows at the fire pit were a great end to the evening. "

"The room attendants weren’t cleaning rooms daily. On days they were dumping trash from room they didn’t make the bed. Even though the schedule was pointed the do’s were not all done. The staff was very helpful and kind."

"The room was more than I expected. Full kitchen and roomy spaces. Checked in at 1:30 am with no problems. Enjoyable stay."

"Located in a quiet, yet very close to all life necessities, this clean property is a great find. The owner is an excellent communicator. Besides sending us all necessary info before our arrival, he checked in on us during our stay. The king mattress was very firm, as we like it. There were extra pillows, blankets, portable fan in the apartment. We took advantage of the coin operated community washers an dryers in the basement."

"Janet and Fred were excellent hosts! They create a friendly, comfortable environment. Breakfasts were excellent and prepared freshly every morning. Having Janet wake us up to see the Northern Lights was truly a highlight of our trip to Alaska. I would recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Fairbanks."

"The home was very nice and comfortable but the neighbors upstairs caused chaos all night every night"

"Although close to town, this could be a bad spot without at least an all wheel drive. Even though uphill from the river, there were flood warnings for the neighborhood and some of the area coming in had water a foot deep. The weather alerts said it could get deeper which was kind of unnerving. The internet and in turn the tv service was very spotty although this was a big deal for us but streaming was difficult and would cut off. The kitchen amenities were okay but we planned on cooking in...

"The apartment was comfortable with all the necessary essentials of home. A quiet neighborhood and easy access to the apartment with a coded key lock system. The view to the beautiful backyard was a plus. Access to Wi-Fi was easy and fast with no disturbance. We enjoyed our stay. "
