"The ac must have a motion detector to turn on the guest programmed temperature. As long as we were in the room, like at night time, the AC worked. But if you set it at 70, and are gone all day hoping to walk into a cool room, it will not turn on until we walked into the room. Parking is terrible due to the daily events in there multiple event centers. Ice machine on 5th floor did not work the whole stay. "This is a three star hotel that should be a best, a two star. On the surface it seems to have all the bells and whistles, however the general feel is that is is old and tired, and needs a really good scrub. Carpets that have seen better days, dust on air vents. The breakfast amenity is overpriced (pay per item( pre packaged gas station type food like breakfast sandwiches, juices and yogurt, seems not very popular with guests. Pros, the area we had our room was very quiet."

"Very old property with shabby maintenance. Nobody at the front desk for check in. Had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to show up. Most of the guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor with no elevator. The hotel predates the ADA, so not friendly for people with disabilities. Room climate control was set on full cool but only managed to keep the room at 74°F."
