"Friendly staff, breakfast was better than I thought it would be it had different options every day. Room was pretty spacious. The only downside was people loud in the the room next to us and above us. They are very pet friendly and will even have treats for your dog at the check-in counter."

"The tv wouldn't come one, it took forever for the water to get hot in the bathroom, the toilet is too low (this can't be the only size in all rooms - we are not "little people"), the door really didn't lock, the curtains/drapes were not properly install, stains on the pillow case, Hvac system was noisy, no directional signs listed for the elevated (took forever to get to it because it's deep with the property), staff did not provide check in information such as wifi password, breakfast (no...

"We stayed here 2 nights because we had a power outage after a snowstorm. Room was clean, the guy on the front desk was helpful and courteous. I think his name is Taylor or Naylor (i might be wrong). Breakfast was delicious. The housekeeping lady (I wish I had remember her name) she was so nice! Unfortunately, the pool was closed for renovations. 😢
Definitely will be staying here again. "
