"This place is not a safe place for travelers. The front desk provided a room key to us for a room that was occupied. Kids all over the place including behind the front counter. pool was not opened, which was a blessing as it probably was not sanitary. we walked out without staying even one night and was denied our money back. This place needs to be shut down by the health dept. Disgusting"

"The shelf in our room was broken when we arrived and the towels were on the floor. The pool area was closed the entire time with no reason. $15 for breakfast and the paint on the front of the building is falling off but inside it was bright and cheery staff was nice. I like the unique layout of the building."

"This hotel appears as though it was REALLY nice maybe 10 years ago. The 5th floor smells like dog/mildew. The rooms themselves appeared to be clean, but there was absolutely back mold on the top of the roof over the shower. The door going into the bedroom of the suite was also broken and idk if they ran out of linens, but there was a fitted mattress pad folded over on my bed used as one of the blankets on the bed. "We had a double king room. Was disappointed that we didn’t have a microwave in the room. I have a problem with dry eyes and need to heat up an eye compress and had to do it in the public area. Someone had made popcorn in there before I put my compress in and made it smell like burnt popcorn! I also drink tea and brought my own tea bags but had Togo downstairs to use the microwave for that all three nights of our stay."
