The suite was very nice and clean. The cable was a bit glitchy but that’s nitpicking. I did have an issue with both my keys constantly demagnetizing though. Had to go to the front desk because I was locked out at least 11/12 times. But the lady at the front desk was very nice and apologetic. In fact all the staff was friendly, courteous and talkative. Will be returning next year.

It’s a room to sleep. That’s it. There was a dirty towel on the floor at the front door of my room and an insect inside the fridge. Interesting things about the kitchen: there’s a package to make coffee on the coffee maker, but there’s no coffee maker. There are pans and plates but no utensils. The toaster was all greasy. The bathroom was fine and the bed was comfy.

Couch in the room was pretty gross, bunch of stuff was damaged or broken, other patrons were super noisy until 1am. Bed was thankfully pretty good, and front desk was very friendly.

This facility is nice, affordable, clean, & the staff are courteous. There is PLENTY of shopping & restaurants for ALL tastes. The area is pleasant & is PET FRIENDLY! It would be nice if guests would clean up behind their pets ( those who don't); so many hotels are NOT PET FRIENDLY so, BE RESPECTFUL TO OTHERS & THE FACILTY

Great stay

Amazing stay in a 2 bedroom with a coworkers for privacy. Extremely comfortable beds, good thermostat, and nice to have a full kitchen for a 3 night business trip

The employees are very considerate, always friendly and accommodating. They are always on top of things. I always see someone picking up outside, around the grounds. Inside as well, always clean and the rooms clean and bed comfy. Nice and quiet area. I felt extremely safe here. Being a solo female, that was important. They are deligent in maintaining a safe and secure place as well.

Old building, filthy rooms. We rented 2 rooms for our 7-person family and they were not able to accommodate without separating us into 2 buildings. We ended up requesting a refund and going to the Marriott nearby which was more expensive. They mentioned people come over all the time from that hotel. The staff was at least apologetic and tried to accommodate. The location was convenient and very nice.

The bed was super comfortable and as a fan of white noise, it was nice to have a heating/AC unit that had a continuous fan option. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was mostly clean but the fridge had food crumbs in it and there was some garbage stuck to the kitchen floor. Everything else was just fine.
