"Clean room, great bkfst"

"I made reservations. I paid for my room from Saturday 4/25-tuesday 4/28. I paid for Saturday since i knew i was flying in at 6:00 and didn’t want to wait until 3:00pm to get the room. When i arrived at the hotel Sunday morning, They said they gave away my room. I said how can that be? I reserved it snd paid for it in advance. They said it was the hotel policy. And while they did tell me at the front desk that i would be reimbursed for 1 day, obviously. They refused to reimburse me as i was leaving the hotel. I am very upset about this unfairness. I have never had this happen to me in my 50 years of travel."

"Desperately needs updated. The hot water in the sink was broken, the back of toilet needs a good wipe down. Staff was absolutely wonderful, but this hotel definitely needs some upgrades"
