"I booked an additional night through Hotels.com due to my home flooding but accidentally selected the wrong date. Payment was made at 12:06 p.m., and I immediately corrected the date once I realized the mistake. Despite providing proof, the general manager required us to leave, citing a five hour policy that had not yet been exceeded. I was traveling with three children, and the situation was handled with no flexibility or professionalism. Very disappointing experience."

"Room was clean and spacious, the area was quiet. It wasnt too noisy where it bothered me when people were going in and out. Plenty of places to eat nearby at The District not to mention a gym and top golf next door. It is about 10min walk or 0.5 miles the Factory if you are going for the venue. Staff was very nice."
