"We had a leak in our room from the room above. Maybe the bathroom above. I mentioned it at the front desk on June 29 and no one even came and looked at it. I was there from June 27 - July 1. I told someone again when we checked out. We were in building B #1244. The leak was next to the bed closest to the bathroom coming from the ceiling and dripping onto the carpet in the corner. Also, the light and the alarm clock on the nightstand didn’t work, which means we couldn’t charge our phones...

Area de piscina muy limpia y bonita pero necesitan seguridad efectiva para el comportamiento de viajeros ya que fue incómodo poder disfrutar de la misma (3 veces se notificó a personas y no tomaron acción. Falta de orientación si la estadía incluye alimentos a través de vale como ustedes deben dar toda la información al momento del checking y horario para poder trasladarse a los parques."

"Honestly. This place is awesome as far as the pool and bar outside and the store and dining options inside. Plus the transportation to each park was so convenient. It’s just a bitter sweet moment because we found out it was indeed bed bugs in the room and we are bit up. We are praying we did not bring these pesky creatures home with us. My 10 year old got the worst of it and I will be posting a photo."
