"We stayed here for a stop on our 2 week California Coast road trip. It was our favorite stay of the trip. Clean, updated, comfortable. Beautiful setting! The hotel host Alyssa was friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome! Breakfast was nice with fresh bakery goods, fruit, oatmeal, granola, etc. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend!"

"We stayed in the Cypress Cottage. It was very quiet and comfortable. You could see the ocean from the window and the kitchen was stocked with all you need for cooking. They supplied coffee, tea and a complimentary bottle of wine. The carpet needed to be removed due to age in the eating area, stained. Upon entry the cabin smelled of dogs from the past. We had to air it out. We were not particularly bothered by this being a dog owner ourselves but not what we wanted to smell on a getaway...

"Two level accommodations with upstairs bedroom and full living room/kitchen on the main level. Very nice with great view. Fireplace was only source of heat. If you are planning to use the futon (uncomfortable) the fireplace going on and off can make it difficult to sleep. Walls are not sound proof and can hear loud neighbors and cars."

"This is the most amazing place! The food is divine, breakfast was brought to our room each morning after submitting our order, we each had a california eggs benedict, pastries, parfaits and fresh coffee. The beach is 5 minutes walk from your room. The garden is stunning! Dinner was incredibly delicious and the setting so romantic and beautiful. The new owners have only been there about 10 years but they are doing a wonderful job of maintaining the vintage character of the Inn. We had a wonderful time!"
