A few little things that would make it better but aren’t really deal breakers would be pool towels, hairdryers in rooms, a shower screen so toilet didn’t get drenched each time someone showered and changing sheets when stay is longer than a couple of days. "We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...
