"Worst hotel I ever stayed and they called it a resort, ended up checking back out within the hour. The rooms were dirty, towel on the floor, hair in the bath tub and the sheets were dirty hair in the bed the rooms were not clean and the hotel itself was dirty. Trash everywhere and big bags of trash bag sitting on the halls. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

The room appeared generally clean; however, we encountered a cockroach in the bathroom, which was quite concerning. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the lady from Cameroon at the mini store, who provided excellent customer service. "This was a nice clean hotel to stay at for the short duration I was in Orlando. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with anything I needed. They have free parking and they have public transportation within walking distance that you can take to the Orange County Convention Center! I recommend this place if you are satisfied with a simple room (TV, Fridge, microwave, iron, blow dryer) and excellent service. "
