"Hotel was clean and staff pleasant, but when they send you a text asking you contact them that way if there are any issues, so you do, and it takes them over 12 hours to respond, you do t wait that long and tell the front desk the same thing, THERE IS NO HOT WATER IN YOUR SHOWER. and their response is are you sure? After you ran the water for an HOUR trying to get it warm… their excuse was “we just opened that wing” of the hotel.
Sadly we will NOT be staying here ever again. Cold showers are...

"We checked into our room. I noticed at the sink there was only one hand towel and no wash cloths. I proceeded to wash my face and the sink filled with water and did not drain.
