"It has an Ecco theme. As you walk down the hallways, they have birds chirping. Very nice and helpful staff. Beautiful wood and artwork everywhere. A great gift shop and Hudson’s bar and restaurant- the best dinner we have ever had, walnut crusted warm Brie cheese, Berry Salad with mozarella mixed with cream and lots of berries on top, and excellent crab cakes. We LOVED this hotel!!!!"

"Decent Clean. Friendly Staff. Shower is fairly good. Valet parking was expensive but better than worrying about the car being broken into during the night. Convenient location with restaurants, shopping or just take a walk. "

"We LOVED our stay in every area that has to do with the property and company. The evening reception was fabtastic ajd the breakfast is way better than any other place we stay. Our complaint was with not knowing there were 4 little league baseball teams staying there. The kids were running laps and yelling across the atrium. They had a ballroom set up for them which never seemed to be used. Instead they were pretty much running a muck. One even poured soda on my daughters head from the third...

"It was an amazing stay. Only drawback there is no breakfast included but there is a restaurant at which I ate the night I arrived. Accommodations were fabulous and the staff friendly and lovely. I wish I had selected that for my first night. "

"My family and I enjoyed the hotel. The kids said the pool was a bit chilly but still fun. The only complaint we had was that the food we got delivered from room service was not that good. We order fries and garlic bread. They both came lukewarm at best and a bit soggy like they had been sitting for a while. The staff was amazing and the room was nice as well. "

The staff was awesome, it felt really safe to be there, breakfast had a lot of options, and it was clean. "Lobby not welcoming. Most places have welcome coffee, which is nice and they had nothing except a nice clerk that stressed that nothing was complimentary! "

"We've been to the area many times and never have stayed at the Hyatt Place. In the past it was overpriced and we've stayed at the Residence Inn down the street many times. This time as we checked ahead of time the Hyatt was cheaper. We were pleasantly surprised about everything at this hotel and will stay here again and maybe even if its price is close to the Residence Inn. Very nice place all around. The breakfast bar was one of the best we've had!!!"
