"This was my worst hotel stay, and it's all based on every interaction I had with the front desk for my 4 night stay. They are not friendly, and do not make you feel welcome.
At check-in, the person who greeted me did not smile, did not give me the usual run down of the hotel lay out, where to find my room, or the wifi situation. When I asked for more information, it was a huge inconvenience for her to talk to me. I arrived Friday evening and needed dinner. Thinking I would order room service....

"I was not given my room for check in until 8:30 PM my room is not ready by housekeeping and there is nothing we can do with that
Showed up at 5 PM I was not giving clear expectation staff did not seem concerned
That only myself there were 8+ people with similar situation
TV does not have any connection to cables or anything
Breakfast is poor
The only good thing is the location very close to the convention center and the price is relatively better compared to other local hotels"

"Courteous staff; outstanding breakfast included; rooms were well appointed. Only issue was the in-room coffee maker was difficult to operate; however fresh coffee was available near the front desk every morning well prior to breakfast. I appreciated the grab bars inside the shower stall. Thanks guys! Suresh."

"The room itself was a great value for the price. I stayed in a two queen studio w/ kitchen, and the was spacious and had everything I needed (room 315)
Unfortunately, after turning on the air conditioning unit, I became extremely congested and could barely breathe for the rest of the night. As a result, I didn’t sleep well and felt pretty terrible the next day. I’m not sure if the unit needed a filter change or deeper cleaning, but it definitely impacted my stay.
Overall, the room and price...

"Our family stayed in Room #305 while visiting the area for a wedding weekend. We arrived late Friday evening and, after a long day of travel, went straight to bed. It wasn’t until Saturday morning, while getting ready, that we discovered the shocking condition of the room.
The bathroom contained what appeared to be dried blood splattered across the ceiling and walls. In addition, the bathroom door was visibly damaged and looked as though it had been punched or struck with considerable force....
