"A few pros and several cons with this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. However, we couldn't get through to the hotel for the shuttle and had to use Uber from the airport. Breakfast was an additional $16/person. Biggest issue was the cleanliness. We discovered ants in our room in the morning, for which the hotel offered a 15% refund. Overall we're probably not staying here again."

"Upon arrival I was greeted by Isabel who was so kind from the time I arrived to the time I left. Later that first day I met Duncan & he was such a ray of sunshine throughout my whole stay. He went above and beyond every time I had a question or an ask. His customer service is 10/10 & he seemed so genuinely glad to be there. He gave off such good vibes! My room was clean & exactly what I needed during my solo stay. I’ll definitely be back! :)"

"Self parking was available on-site in a basement garage. Very tight parking even for smaller vehicles. "The Shuttle to and from the hotel was very convenient. The employees all seemed nice. The shower had fantastic hot water. Which helped when I had to clean it the first night. Also the air conditioning/heater worked well. Outside of that it was alot of money wasted, cold eggs, dirty floors, no sanitizer for the equipment in the gym, no towels anywhere, pool, gym. The ratings and pictures are definitely not what it really is."

"Proximity to the airport is a huge asset. They have a 24 hour shuttle bus service which allows us to leave our car at the Hotel. The restaurant/bar has excellent service and the menu is great. The morning after our stay our car battery was dead and they graciously helped us get the battery jumped and we were on our way. I always stay at the Sheraton when traveling."

"The bed was VERY comfy, i read that there was soundproofing but the room was not totally soundproof. Even though it was very low i could still hear people in the next room talking and Mr Stomp stomp Mcstomp upstairs. The staff was very kind but did input my email incorrectly which having said that, for some reason happens often with others. It would have been nice if kids weren’t allowed to jump in the outdoor hot tub and perhaps limited to the one inside with the pool. It was a nice property...
