The spa was amazing! The staff was so helpful. You can book your spa treatments and get into the hot tub prior to checking in which was so lovely. I loved the privacy of my balcony and view. I will be back for sure.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
My first time back since they reopened, very friendly staff at the front desk in the coffee shop. Really enjoyed the pools, sauna, and cold plunge. Hopefully weâll be able to get a bath and wrap next time I come through.. Itâs worth it to pay extra to get your own private hot tub in your room.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a wonderful hotel with beautiful views all aroundâquiet, lovely, and peaceful. We especially loved the Jacuzzi on the balcony of our roomâit was simply magnificent!
Overall so beautiful hotel! Lobby, outside area were my favourite.
Restaurant - good.
The only thing which was so-so was the room itself - since the hotel is pet-friendly (that is wonderful!) i could find animal hair/fur on the chairs, even in bed some. And the room looked quite cheap.
All other things +++ I loved to stay there for a weedend.
We had such a wonderful stay! We chose to upgrade to have our own private hot tub, which was fantastic. The staff was so kind and helpful with anything we needed. The property was gorgeous and very peaceful. I highly recommend coming for a visit.
Not kid friendly, nice hotel clean jacuzzi pool sauna all in working order no issues. No kids in pool after 8pm no kids in outdoor jacuzzi, lifeguard will yell at your kids nonstop no fun in the pool no balls no toys not meant for fun. definitely donât bring your kids because it is not meant for family. Hard to book it again even though resort is really nice.
One of the best hot springs resorts we'd ever stayed at! We really enjoyed the privacy of the thermal hot tub on our balcony. It was clean and very comfortable!
I was a woman traveling alone and felt very safe! The indoor and outdoor hot tub were delightful! The gym could use more equipment but it wasnât the priority of my stay. đ
The room and facility were clean, and the restaurant food was good. The location is good for the gorge attractions.
The property was outdated and amenities were scarce. We upgraded to a room with a hot tub. We wore the rough ropes prvided out onto the balcony overlooking the parking lot and sat in a simple jacuzzi spa with just bubbles.
The front desk staff seemed disinterested in guest interaction, and one when asked, " Do you have a concierge?" said, "A what?"
