"I usually stay here when I come back home. Staff won’t ever let me check in early. Barely even under 30mins early. One of the two elevators is usually broken. One of the 2 sides doors on each side of the building is usually broken. Parking isn’t enough sometimes for the visitors. Staff is ok definitely don’t go out their way to be nice. I started staying somewhere else. Around the corner. Room better and staff way more nicer. Like I’m paying you haven’t given me nothing for free. So why so mean."

"First off the drive into the city was the trashiest I’ve ever seen and that was a glimpse of the parking lot and hotel. Photos online are not what the rooms looked like and it was essentially a landlords special. Rooms were decent smelled of smoke even through we booked non smoking but was relatively clean in the room. Breakfast was a JOKE (hair was in the spoons, nothing had been refilled, we asked for waffle refill at 8:30 and she never refilled). Would stay here if I had to but would probably...

"Fix the elevator in that building. Booking people on the third floor without a working elevator was unacceptable. I am certain the hotel was not sold out, an option should have been made available. The clerk did not mention the broken elevator. I will not be staying there again. I was too tired after two days of moving to complain at the time."

"Heather at the front desk was overly helpful. The only issue we had was trying to change info on the reservation. Your legal given name is supposed to be used for bookings and not nicknames. It was a bit of a pain trying to change it but, like I said hotel super awesome!"
