Fairly smooth registration. Hotel is large but is very dated. The phone in my room did not work. I informed staff and they told me it would be fixed. That never happened. I also mentioned the bathroom door was broken and would not lock. I was told maintenance would repair. Again, no results. The following morning, hotel lost hot water due to issues with their hot water heater. I couldn't call them to ask of the issue, as my phone was broken therefore, had to physically travel down to the lobby to inquire of the issue. Several other patrons complained however, staff could not provide a timetable for when repairs would be made. Several staff members tried to empathize however, others could not be bothered. Instead of reimbursement, I was offered "quick bucks" for a future stay, but I do not plan to stay there ever again. I am disappointed with Expedia and plan to broadcast this further.

Positive: room included a bigger refrigerator and a microwave, staff was very helpful, front desk staff in particular were friendly and courteous Other comments: There is not much to the fitness area, and I would not say that it is even a gym. I used the planet fitness down the street instead. There was no hot water and I couldn’t shower. There was a lot of talking in the hallways late at night which impacted sleep.

It w took an hour for check in, 1 person at the desk with 15 people waiting. Room was adequate. Said breakfast but was told at check in there was a grab and go breakfast bag, there was not. To top it all off no hot water hotel wide and no resolution after 3 hours and no manager on duty. 😡

Rooms were in desperate need of an upgrade. The entertainment center was falling apart. The vessel vanity impractical, especially for a family. The location made up for any shortcomings being right across from CFG Arena and a few blocks from the inner harbor. Bad communication about the parking validation at check in.

The hotel overall was decent. We did not have any hot water for showers. We only had hot water in the sink. The toilet seats were loose. I had to go to front desk 3 times to get my parking validation code. The gentleman working the desk in the evening/night was super nice.

The hotel staff were wonderful. Check in and check out was easy. The key card system seems a bit outdated and didn’t always want to work. Our room did not have hot water at all, and at first I thought it may be due to the hotel being booked for a concert. I tried to run it a couple more times (once more through the night and early in the morning) but it wouldn’t heat up. It seems the hotel may need some upgrades so that may have been the problem. It’s very close to the arena so that was a bonus but for $300 after having to pay for the parking garage I wasn’t really thrilled with it. The hotel discount for parking was a perk.

Arrived 2 hours past my arrival checkin time and still had to wait over an hour to get my room. Some folks waited two hours for rooms to be cleaned.

A terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude and insensitive. Booked this hotel months in advance only to be told when I arrived that they didn’t have a room for me. Blamed it on a glitch in the system but I learned that they simply overbooked. We were one of many left without a room that night despite getting confirmation the night before that we did have a room. We ended up hearing multiple negative stories from people that did end up staying there. Someone had to leave in the middle of the night because there were rats in their room when they returned. Just an overall unpleasant experience with this hotel, and it doesn’t seem like we’re the only ones.

Room was clean just old with stains on the carpet. Tv didn’t work at first then barely worked after they tried to fix it. Room has a weird smell to it. The bar was closed for renovations. Only good thing is how close it is to the concert.

I arrived at the hotel around 1:00 PM after receiving an email stating that early check-in was available. When I approached the front desk, I was met by one of the most unfriendly clerks I’ve ever encountered. Without greeting me, she simply shook her head and rudely said that check-in was not allowed until after 3 PM. I returned after 3 PM and was given a key to Room 510. As soon as I opened the door, I was hit with a strong odor of feces. The toilet was overflowing and completely filled with toilet paper and feces from the previous guest. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable to walk into a room that clearly had not been cleaned. The line at the front desk was extremely long, so I found someone from housekeeping instead. She briefly came into the room, saw the issue, and walked back out. About five minutes later, a maintenance worker named Ron came and plunged the toilet. He later returned with room spray to try to mask the smell. While Ron was helpful, the fact that a guest had to deal with an overflowing toilet from a previous guest in the first place is unacceptable. The experience continued to go downhill the next morning. Around 9 AM we went to check out the breakfast that was advertised. What we found was extremely disappointing—only two bagels, one yogurt, and some bread sitting in a Ziploc bag. Todas las instalaciones son super viejas , todo en mal estado, el personal no es amable , nos cobraron cargos por estacionamiento, por la seguridad del carro, el hotel es muy costoso para lo que ofrecen, la llave se desprogramaba cada vez y aparte de todo eso me cargaron 80 dolares adicionales a mi tarjeta y no tengo ni idea de que porque dejamos todo como estaba . Pesima experiencia definitivamente no regresaria jamas asi fuese gratis . Muy mala experiencia es el peor Hotel que me he hospedado en mi vida.

Breakfast was more of a grab and go, no hot foods and limited seating but fresh and fast. Great location for the price we would stay again. Customer Services were outstanding property is just dated and in need of a makeover.
