"Housekeeping never showed up. Staff super inexperienced and overwhelmed by the massive influx of cruise passengers. Food was extremely salty.
I guess if you are a cruise passenger it makes sense. But when traveling on our own I will avoid Princess hotels due to the massive overcrowding by cruisers"

"Holland America is really spread out but there is constant shuttle services for guests’ convenience. Two great onsite dine-in restaurants. Had meals at both and very nice. Lot of cruise guests who constantly have to navigate. Had a great room."

"We had a room that looked at a roof. No view at all.
The choices in the dining room were not good. We all wanted a smash burger and that was what they were out of.
Would not rush back."

"As the name says, this was a basic motel with whole lot of RVs. Pictures shown were when it was new. Check in was easy but with a lot of rules, which we had to agree individually. It was clean at least with a working coffee machine, little fridge and microwave. First day I had parking issue as I reached the property late. Overall, I felt it was too expensive for what we got."

"Right at the foot of the entrance to the national park! Beautiful location and duplex cabin! We had a private bathroom with shower. Very comfortable beds. Delicious food on the property- such a nice place to stay! Would definitely recommend."

"Lovely cabin, very clean. Love the setting of the two beds, one with curtain to have some privacy.
The only complaint is the showerhead is installed too high, I have to stand on my tiptoe to adjust it. I am 5.3”."

"The cabin was clean and neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site made the best spruce tip wings. They were awesome. I would recommend this cabin."

"We stay at a different hotel, The Denali Bluffs Hotel. Check-in was very long and there was only one person checking everyone in. The food was pricey and was served cold. The rooms were clean and nice. The views were great from the patio."
