"1) We arrived at the hotel after 24 hours of travel and all we wanted was a hot shower but there was no hot water. A maintenance man came to our room and within 15 minutes he fixed the problem and we had hot water. We were very happy and impressed with the quick service. 2) On another note: FYI we were surprised that there was no body lotion in the bathroom.
