"A lovely clean, spacious and modern hotel in walking distance of Hakata main station. Clean, safe and quiet local area and would highly recommend! Staff were friendly and welcoming too. Our only downside was that there were only 2 pillows on the bed, 1 each for 2 guests sharing a double bed, and unfortunately there were no extra available when requested which lead to a restless nights sleep."

We had a room on second floor and next to the elevator where I could hear people talking while waiting for elevator Also I need to complain about the bathroom. It smelt so bad and strong which made me sick !! I believed it was from the drainage. Hope they would notice and do something about it "
