"It was an exceptional experience! Kiki & the entire staff were super friendly & helpful. We arrived at 10AM & they stored our luggage (no charge) while we went out for the day. Upon returning at 3pm, Kiki walked us to our room where they'd already put our bags. She explained our room key would also unlock the hotel's front door. We appreciated they kept it locked at all times; you could either ring the bell to be let in or use your key. I selected this hotel for its proximity to the Hollywood...

Loved all the complimentary services from snacks and the laundry service was a god send all free done by them too. Breakfast was great quality too.
