"Jewel at the front desk was great. She has a warm smile and demeanor, and really makes you feel welcome. Property is pet friendly which is one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Parking is limited and first come first serve. Street parking was easy to find, but I imagine it would be a problem in peak season or weekends. Breakfast room has a balcony terrace that overlooks a beautiful garden and creek area."

"Motel 8 breakfast, no stated "jacuzzy" just a dirty jetted tub in the room, no workout room as stated in the advertised section of Expedia. Coolest thing was a fire place in your room but that eventually got old. Stayed for 3 nights 2 we booked without Expedia, won't do that again. It's a must to book through a sight as it's sooo much cheaper. The comparison is, motel 6, with a fire place, in the middle of nowhere, with nothing to do, for a lot of money... plus they over charged us for a meal...

"The check-in process was easy and friendly, and our room was tasteful, but there was hair on the floor and it smelled mildewy, which was a huge turn off. I also did not realize that the hot springs water was also used for the rooms, so anytime I took a shower, or lifted the toilet lid, or used the sink, the water emitted a sulfur smell.
It was also disappointing that the pool and hot tub area did not open until 9AM, so I was not able to use the facility before I had to leave at 10AM, which was...

"Our stay, as always, was wonderful! Our room was comfortable and clean, and we love the afternoon treats delivered to our room. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and you can’t beat the daily breakfasts. We also enjoy at least one delicious dinner at Alchemy, which always impresses. It’s an easy walk to shows during OSF and downtown shops and restaurants. We look forward to our return."

"We stayed in the upper appartment. The place is beautiful, comfortable, quite, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony overlooks a beautiful garden patio.
The location is a short walking distance to Ashlands' center with its theaters, coffee shops and restaurants.
Steve, our host, was welcoming, bery communicative and accessible.
Our stay was perfect."
