"the rooms looked unfinished for a LUXURY hotel concrete was the decor walls and ceiling the floor was cold and not carpeted had a leak in bathroom and had to change rooms rather than get it fixed so it flooded the hall by next morning and had to listen to the carpet cleaner in the hall to clean up water for leak all morning. the only thing good about the stay was the staff they were amazing"

"It is rare to report being pleasantly surprised these days, but we were! Room was clean, modern, spacious, and well appointed. Hotel and room smelled like a spa. Staff were very accommodating with a special request, also friendly and cheerful. We had an issue with our blinds not working, and the night guest clerk came and helped us fix it right away. The area felt safe and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good (you must try the biscuits!) I do not hesitate to recommend. "
