"This property has certainly seen better days. The lobby was dark, as if they just wouldn't turn on lights. My room was OK. Very odd layout, no real great place to sit and relax, I ended up using the bed as a chair. The bathroom was also the shower. I think they call it a wet bath. I didn't particularly care for the bathroom. There was mouse poop in my room and small spiders. The market and temple were right outside and there was loud music and chanting over the speaker system that went right...

"This place was so good on so many levels. Amazing staff, super clean pool, great views, big spacious bungalows with window screens. No mosquitoes. Just a great excellent place. You must have a motorbike though because it's about 8 km from town. I've stayed all around Pai and this is by far my favorite place five stars"

"This guesthouse is a little far from town center, without a car or bike it is not the best location. No simple kettle to boil water nor coffee or tea in room and breakfast was served with instant coffee. Receptionist girl was friently though anf helpful. A little overproce comparing to somewhere closer to town center"
