"The location is hard to beat and the staff was very helpful. The gear locker is great for a day at the beach - chairs and a cooler are included in the resort fee. However, for the rather large resort fee, the pool is so small for a building that size that it’s crowded all day, making it almost unusable, and their parking is more than twice the price of a city garage. Little touches of cleanliness were absent - the hallway had the same dirt piles for days and the water dispensers had filters in...

"Management clearly just polished the review online to make the hotel looked like a 4.5 but in reality it is a hard 2. The building needs a lot of maintenance. The carpet is old and lots of stains and very filthy. The sink in our room doesn’t have a strainer thus can drop our toothbrush easily if not careful. Overall it is a very bad experience. I feel bad for the staff as they work very hard to clean the place."

"The room was poorly cleaned. In fact, I would not walk barefoot on those floors. I requested to have the room cleaned and they supposedly did. I went back to the room and it was still the same. There was a long piece of hair on the bathroom door from the moment I checked in to the moment I left the hotel. The room was supposedly cleaned three times during my stay, yet the long very visible hair was never removed. Overall dirty, the elevator floors were also very dirty."
