"I recently booked the "Suite Two Twins Room," which was described as suitable for 3 people. However, upon check-in, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional 1000 baht for a cot, because of three of us in the room. This seemed overpriced, and we ultimately didn't need the cot. Additionally, the hotel restaurant's food was expensive, and the portions were quite small. "This was my first stay here . A fantastic hotel lovely spacious room , big balcony. Comfy bed , lovely shower , the staff were helpful and polite , overall a great stay . Would go back "

"Had a wonderful one-night staycation at one of their Onsen Nordic Suite room, and enjoyed every minute of it - especially the breakfast being brought to the room. There are some maintenance issues with the room, but it didn’t reduce my expectations. I really want to come back again soon."
